as i mentioned, he was hesitant to step outside into the flurries.. here he is standing on the threshold. i love this year's christmas tree tossed out like so much garbage- and you may recognize those stairs behind hugo from [link]
the bit which gets to me a little, is the top of the roof, perhaps the house is wonky, perhaps not, but that bit in the middle might look a little neater if you just cropped the tiles out. just the middle bit of the roof...but then i guess, looking at the photo, you might have to crop the tiles out of hthe whole thing. just an idea, take it or hate it.
nice work all the same though. i like how his lil' hat only just reaches the top of the stairs. : )
not the roof just yet, that would be where the second floor begins its a particularly old house.. so the construction is a little different than newer houses.. insofar as you have to climb up stairs to reach the first floor upon entering...

indeed. but its not a mistake though is it. i just saw it as a possible way to neaten it up. but thats a personal preference.

we didn't have a tree this year, just a plastic little half of it to lean against the wall above the fireplace....sad because i used to cut tiny boats out of it's shaft....the softest wood one can get, i tell you...what a waste..

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
